Are you an experienced Second Charge/Secured Loan Advisor looking to join a business that genuinely values quality advice, compliance, and customer outcomes?
We re looking for a driven, customer-focused advisor to join our Bolton-based team.
As a Secured Loan Advisor, you will guide customers through the second charge lending journey, ensuring advice is compliant, tailored, and in their best interests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting initial security and Data Protection (DPA) checks
Reviewing detailed fact-finds to fully understand customers financial circumstances
Gaining consent and carrying out credit searches using system scripts
Matching customers with the most suitable lender and product based on their needs
Managing the full advice process, including documentation and paperwork

Essential experience and qualifications:
Proven experience in second charge/secured loans in an advisory role
A strong track record in a target-driven environment
CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 completed
Solid understanding of FCA regulation, DPA, and AML
Confident user of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel

Monday Thursday: 9:00am 6:00pm
Friday: 9:00am 4:00pm
