Tradewind Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a welcoming Secondary School in Salford who are seeking to appoint a Reprographics Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and well-organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced school environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting staff and pupils by ensuring all reprographics and printing services run smoothly on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and maintaining photocopiers, printers, and other reprographics equipment

• Preparing, collating, and distributing high-quality teaching resources, exam papers, and documents

• Monitoring stock levels of paper, toner, and other materials, and arranging re-orders where necessary

• Prioritising and managing multiple reprographics requests to meet tight deadlines

• Liaising with teaching and administrative staff to ensure resources are delivered efficiently and accurately

• Assisting with general administrative tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in a reprographics, printing, or administrative support role (school experience desirable but not essential)

• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality materials

• A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and printing software

This position is offered on a Full time basis, Monday to Friday, and will start as soon as possible. The pay rate for this role is 90- 100 per day.
