Production/FLT Operative
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Salary: 13.75 per hour
Hours: 8:00am 5:00pm

Compass Point Recruitment is currently looking for a Production/FLT Operative to join our client's manufacturing team in Bury St Edmunds. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone seeking long-term stability and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate machinery, ensuring products meet quality standards
• Blend and prepare products according to production requirements
• Move and handle stock around the site using FLT and other equipment
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
• Support the production team with general duties as required

Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or similar environment
• Valid forklift licence and relevant FLT experience
• Knowledge of production processes and health & safety procedures
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
