Part Time Accounts Assistant
Overview
We are looking for a proactive assistant to work in our accounts department.
If you have a clerical background, great attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems, we would love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
Assist with weekly payroll.
Produce statements and weekly invoices for our client base.
Processing payments received.
1st stage credit control and reporting issues on balances.
Produce accurate reports on a weekly and month end schedule.
General accounts administrative tasks.

What we are looking for:
A background in office work and experience in administration.
Excel skills and aptitude to learn other operating systems.
Experience of working with Sage and advantage but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work under pressure and on occasion independently.

15,620 per year
Four day working week.
This position is office based in Shalford, Surrey and not suitable for home or hybrid working.
