Jam Staffing Solutions are recruitng for a Despatch Team Leader for a PVC Manufacturer in Shrewsbury.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and organise daily delivery schedules alongside the Despatch Supervisor.
• Lead and oversee the loading of vans, ensuring correct prioritisation of products and efficient space utilisation.
• Oversee the picking, packing, and preparation of extras and ancillaries.
• Carry out spot checks on delivery vans and ensure ongoing cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
• Maintain strong goods-in and despatch organisation, ensuring products are stored correctly.
• Assist with and learn elements of the manufacturing process (full training provided).

Ideal Candidate

• Physically fit and comfortable in a manual, hands-on environment.
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Good IT proficiency for scheduling, stock checks, and reporting.
• A valid driving licence.
• Strong mentality, reliability, and confidence in decision-making.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Pay: 12.83

Shift: 07:00-15:30 Monday-Friday
