Position: Logistics Account Executive
Location: Warrington
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off, 6-6pm
Salary: 32,000 per annum

About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Logistics Account Executive to join our growing team in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward thinking logistics provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee the end to end freight forwarding/transport process using their digital platform
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and hauliers to ensure efficient and timely movement of goods
• Input and maintain accurate shipment data and documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to queries and providing proactive shipment updates
• Monitor shipments and resolve any issues or delays
• Collaborate with the wider logistics team to improve processes and service delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transport coordination (preferred but not essential)
• Strong computer literacy and confident use of digital tools
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Clear, professional communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
