We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader to join our Longhurst Contract, based from our Leeds Office, in Hunslet, LS10 1BL

About the Role

As the Customer Team Leader, you will ensure the contact centre operations delivers the required performance, delivering a great customer contact experience through a variety of customer contact channels which might be Phone, Email, Video, Social, Correspondence.

Working to deliver the best quality service, you ll be responsible for leading a team supporting the day-to-day activity. You ll drive excellent service standards, influencing profitability and basic budget management, whilst ensuring ensure exceptional customer relationships are maintained.

About You

Excellent supervisory skills

Previous experience of leading and managing a small team of planners

Experience of working in a social housing repairs environment

Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships

Strong understanding of WIP management ensuring targets are met and exceeded to always achieve excellent customer satisfaction

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
