• Basic salary up to 30,000, dependent on experience
• On-target earnings (OTE) approximately 35,000
• Alternating weekend work: 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:30am to 12:00pm

Duties:

• Handle customer inquiries and service-related queries with professionalism and efficiency

• Explain completed work and vehicle recommendations, ensuring customer understanding
• Adhere to manufacturer service protocols and requirements
• Maintain accurate records using dealership systems and processes
• Contribute to the overall customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
