Based at their site in Northampton, this person will lead the quality function and team for the company. As Quality Manager, your role will include:

• Managing a team of six quality professionals and supporting in their roles
• Reporting to the Plant Manager and taking ownership of Quality on site
• Managing the Quality Management System to ensure compliance to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Supporting teams internal with investigations and problem solving
• Create and maintain department objectives and KPIs
• Supporting the Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure high standards and carry out supply quality engineer
• Working with the warrantee team to ensure a quality service and address concerns where necessary

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Experience within the manufacturing or automotive industries
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• An auditing qualification is highly desirable
• Experience in a Quality Management role
