Sales Executive

Salary: £28,000 £35,000 (DOE)

Our client, a well-established precision engineering business based in Birkenhead, is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Executive with sales experience to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong sales ability and a passion for developing long-term success within a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within relevant manufacturing and engineering sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and on time.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth opportunities.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Previous experience selling Laser cutting services or metal fabrication solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Package Details:

• Monday Thursday: 8:00 am 4:30 pm/Friday: 8:00 am 2:00 pm
• 25 days annual leave + Bank Holiday
• Company pension
