Join a Cheltenham-based IFA is who is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join its small, professional team.

The firm has an existing £31m AUM client bank, providing an immediate platform for an adviser who values long-term client relationships and high-quality advice.

There is genuine flexibility around the remit - whether you prefer to focus on servicing the existing book, bring your own additional clients, or support further growth over the long term.

The culture is client-first and relationship-led, with no volume pressure or sales-driven environment. Advice quality and suitability are the priority.

The Role

• Take responsibility for an existing client bank of approximately 50-55 clients
• Provide holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and wider planning
• Maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct regular client reviews and deliver clear, compliant recommendations
• Work closely with in-house admin and paraplanning support

Working Arrangements

• Hybrid role 2 days per week in the Cheltenham office
• Full administrative and paraplanning support in place

About you

• Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser
• Strong technical knowledge and sound judgement
• Client-focused, relationship-led approach
