Job Role: HSE Advisor

Location: Rotherham

Salary: 40,000 per annum

Metalis are currently working with a well established manufacturer in Rotherham, who are looking for a HSE Advisor to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Provide advice on all things Health, Safety and Environmental
• Carry out risk assessments, COSHH reviews, inspections etc.
• Deliver toolbox talks, HSE training and promote a behavioural safety culture
• Ensure compliance with all HSE legislations
• Identify opportunities for risk reduction, compliance improvement and environmental performance enhancement
• Drive continuous improvement in safety culture and sustainability
• Monitor and report SHE performance metrics
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective action tracking

Job Requirements:

• NEBOSH Certificate
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislations
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Familiar with ISO14001 & ISO45001 management systems

Salary & Shift:

• 40,000 per annum
• Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm & Friday, 8:30am - 3pm
