Job Description:We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a dynamic construction company. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in administration or finance administration and will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Assisting with month-end closing activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or finance administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
