Pay Rate: Starting at 12.21 per hour
Overtime Rate: 18.31 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

HRGO Recruitment are recruiting a Production Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Eastbourne. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering long-term stability and development for the right candidate.

Role Summary

As a Production Operator, you will support day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You will work closely with colleagues on the shop floor and contribute to maintaining a positive and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

• Assembling, inspecting, and packing products to required quality standards

• Carrying out regular quality checks throughout the production process

• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work area

• Completing basic production records accurately

• Reporting faults, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors

• Working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

• Previous production or manufacturing experience

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and committed
