We are hiring a Principal Recruitment Consultant to play a key role in growing our presence across a wider geographical area. This position is ideal for ambitious, self-motivated recruiters who enjoy working in a competitive yet autonomous environment.

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to run a full 360 desk across Primary, Secondary or SEN schools. Strong 360 recruitment experience is highly desirable, as you will manage both client relationships and candidate pipelines.

• Principal Recruitment Consultant with 2+ years' recruitment experience (any sector welcomed)

• Proven ability to manage a 360 recruitment desk

• Strong business development skills, including winning new business and developing long-term client relationships

• Excellent candidate care and relationship management

• Self-driven, ambitious individuals looking to progress their career

• Competitive salary 30,000- 40,000
