Our client is looking for an experienced Associate Director of Civil Engineering to lead a high-performing team and deliver major infrastructure and development projects.

The role combines technical oversight, client engagement, and strategic input, with responsibility for roads, drainage, and flood risk designs.

The successful candidate will hold a UK Civil Engineering degree, have extensive experience on complex infrastructure schemes and demonstrate strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, or similar design tools is essential.

This role offers hybrid or remote working, a clear path to senior leadership, support for Chartership, and exposure to high-profile projects while shaping the growth of the civils function.
