What we re looking for

QTS or equivalent
Confident behaviour management and a calm approach
Ability to deliver both practical and theory PE
Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups
Driving helps around Lincoln but isn t essential

What you ll be doing

Leading practical PE sessions across a range of sports
Teaching key theory topics when needed
Supporting fixtures, clubs and enrichment
Building routines quickly and keeping expectations clear
Slotting into PE teams who value reliability and enthusiasm
