Are you an experienced Estates Surveyor seeking your next challenge? I have an excellent opportunity for a senior professional to join a forward-thinking property team on a short-term contract with strong potential for extension.
Your new role
You'll take the lead in managing a varied property portfolio comprising industrial, commercial, and retail units (2,000-4,000 sq. ft.). Your responsibilities will include:

• Negotiating and completing lease renewals and rent reviews
• Managing ground leases and associated agreements
• Preparing and approving licences to alter and sub-let
• Delivering strategic advice to optimise estate performance and compliance

What you'll need to succeed

• MRICS qualification would be ideal
• Extensive experience in estates management and commercial property negotiations
• Strong understanding of property law and lease structures
• Ability to work independently and provide senior-level guidance
