We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support our client s busy kitchen team during peak periods. This position involves working both weekdays and weekends.

We are ideally looking for someone with previous kitchen experience and a good understanding of food safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general food preparation
• Help prepare hot and cold finger food
• Prepare cold meals such as sandwiches, baguettes, and salads
• Carry out pot washing and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Follow all kitchen processes and company policies
• Support with additional duties such as delivering food and clearing tables
• Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene
