About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to provide short-term support to a leading manufacturing company during a busy period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, manage customer relationships, and ensure smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Process orders accurately and maintain up-to-date records in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide customers with updates on order status and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reporting for the customer service team.

  • Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or coordination, ideally within manufacturing or a similar industry.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is desirable.
