Responsibilities:

• Undertake minor reactive repairs and carry out planned maintenance works.
• Painting and Decorating: Ensure student rooms and common areas are well-maintained and visually appealing
• Shifting Furniture: Assist with moving furniture as needed.
• Repairing Things: Fixing minor issues such as broken fixtures, leaky taps, etc.
• Grounds Maintenance: Keep the outdoor areas tidy and well-kept.
• Health and Safety Checks: Regularly inspect and address safety-related concerns.
• Refuse & Recycling Management: Manage waste disposal efficiently.
• Occasional Travel: Periodically travel to Watford and Stevenage for additional maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance or handy person roles.
• Basic knowledge of painting, decorating, and minor repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
