Anderson Knight is thrilled to support our client in their search for an experienced HR Adviser to join their growing HR team within a dynamic business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a generalist HR role, with responsibilities spanning across employee relations, training, policy maintenance, projects, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support across the business, including advising on employee relations matters and managing casework (eg, disciplinary, grievance, and performance management).
- Contribute to the development and delivery of learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Assist in the design and implementation of reward and recognition programmes.
- Manage HR projects, ensuring they are delivered effectively and on time.
- Support the administration of end-to-end HR processes
- Assist in the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Collaborate with management to implement employee engagement strategies and improve workplace culture.
About You:
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a medium-sized business.
- Strong employee relations skills, with experience handling sensitive issues in a fair and supportive manner.
- A good understanding of HR processes, policies, and relevant employment legislation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across various HR functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proactive and solution-oriented with a keen interest in HR projects and employee development.
