This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential development and also commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• overseeing daily operations of the project
• managing subcontractors, trades and labour to ensure smooth site progress
• ensuring all work is completed within project timelines
• maintain strict health and saftey compliance on site
• liasing with clients, senior management and project teams
• handling problem solving and quality control

What we are looking for:

• Proven Experience as a Site Manager
• Ability to manage multiple Trades and keep the project on schedule
• excellent communication, problem solving and leadership skills
• Valid SMSTS,CSCS and First aid certifications
