Your new role
As the Associate, you will join the asset and lease advisory team to play a crucial role in providing strategic advice and property management services to clients, ensuring the optimisation of their real estate assets. As part of this, you will lead and manage high profile commercial property portfolios on behalf of a variety of clients. Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients will play a crucial part of the role and you will work collaboratively with the wider asset and property management teams.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you should be an experienced Asset and Property Management Surveyor and ideally be MRICS. Strong communication skills are essential. A driving licence is preferred for this role.
