Pay Rate:

• £13.50 per hour

Role Summary:
As a Process Operative, you will be responsible for following detailed recipes and procedures to manufacture cosmetic products, ensuring each batch meets the company s rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow precise manufacturing recipes and instructions

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently

• Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area

• Monitor product quality and report any deviations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing/process-based environment preferred

• Methodical thinker with strong attention to detail

• Confident in reading, writing, and basic numeracy skills

• Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting tasks

• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Reliable and punctual
