Shipping Coordinator Key Responsibilities

• Liaise professionally with clients via phone and email, ensuring clear and consistent communication
• Act as a dedicated point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong working relationships
• Manage expectations with vendors, agents, and partners to ensure smooth project execution
• Report directly to senior management, providing timely and accurate updates
• Coordinate and oversee the shipping of high-end interior design furniture and fine art
• Handle fast-paced situations with confidence, problem-solving efficiently under pressure

Salary
