Your new company
You'll be working with the sales team at a Bristol based production company.
Working Pattern
Hybrid 1 day WFH after probation
Office based within Bristol outskirts - parking on site.
Your new role
You will support new business growth and improve the profitability of existing customers, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing commercial support to designated Sales teams, responding to product enquiries, samples, and general requests for both new and existing customers.
- Acting as the main sales contact for customers, managing all commercial enquiries.
- Managing the Product Data Management process, ensuring timely turnaround, clear communication on progress, and continuous system improvements.
- Managing trial and sample stock processes and efficient sample delivery.
- Supporting lead generation and sales growth through proactive customer contact.
- Managing plant industrialisation projects for site customers, ensuring a right first time approach when onboarding new business.
- Reporting regularly on the progress of allocated projects.
- Managing and updating quarterly Price FX implementation.
- Identifying, validating, and delivering profit improvement (Value Plus) opportunities.
- Supporting the commercial function through ad hoc projects as required.
- Adhering strictly to hygiene rules and quality standards to protect product integrity, including appropriate use of personal protective equipment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enjoying being a point of contact is key.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the business.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A commercial mindset and understanding of profitability and value creation.
- Basic knowledge of quality standards, data integrity, and product integrity principles.
