Looking for a regional safety role with a market-leading civil engineering and groundworks contractor?

We re supporting a leading residential groundworks and infrastructure business in their search for a Health and Safety Advisor to cover a regional patch predominantly within Cambridgeshire, with some travel into Suffolk and Essex.
With a strong pipeline of long-term projects and an Embedded internal SHEQ department, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of safety across multiple live sites, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work closely with operational teams.

What s on offer:

• £50,000 - £55,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• Company car or £7,000 car allowance
• 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays (option to purchase up to 5 extra days)

What you ll be doing:

• Conducting regular site inspections, audits and reports
• Producing and reviewing RAMS and safe systems of work
• Supporting project teams on all health and safety matters
• Promoting a proactive safety culture across sites
• Investigating incidents and ensuring corrective actions
• Delivering toolbox talks and identifying training needs
• Ensuring compliance with CDM and current legislation

What we re looking for:

• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (minimum)
• Experience in groundworks, civil engineering, infrastructure or similar environments
