We're working with a highly respected, independent wealth management firm that's offering a rare opportunity for a technically strong paraplanner to step into a client-facing advisory role.

This is a full-time, employed position working shoulder to shoulder with a senior Financial Planner and Director. You'll be mentored directly, attend client meetings, and gradually take on more responsibility as you build toward becoming a fully qualified Financial Planner.

• A confident communicator with a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships.
• Based within 30 minutes of Worcester, with flexibility to work from home, the office (Meriden), and client sites.
