Interim Head of Finance

Role Overview:
An experienced finance professional is sought on an interim basis to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance across multiple entities. The role offers the opportunity to support an established finance team and ensure smooth day-to-day financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare management accounts for senior leadership and trustees.
• Support year-end accounts and audit processes.
• Review VAT returns and payroll, ensuring accurate processing and reporting.
• Manage accounts payable and maintain banking relationships.
• Oversee inter-entity transactions and related financial activities.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent).
• Proven experience managing a small finance team.
• Comfortable with international transactions.
