You'll be joining a well established, design led contractor renowned for delivering luxury residential schemes across the Northwest. With a strong pipeline of high spec projects, they're now looking to strengthen their site leadership team with an experienced professional who takes real pride in quality.
Your new role You'll take ownership of day to day site operations during the finishing stages of a high end development, ensuring all trades deliver work that meets exacting standards. You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage snagging, drive programme, and ensure the final product reflects the premium expectations of both the client and the business. This is a hands on, detail driven role where your eye for quality and ability to maintain momentum will be key.
What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Site Manager or Finishing Foreman on high spec residential or bespoke builds

Strong finishing and snagging capability with an exceptional eye for detail

Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain a smooth workflow

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Relevant certifications such as SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid

A proactive, quality focused approach with pride in delivering outstanding work
