Registered Fostering Manager

Location: Taunton

Salary: £55,000 +benefits

NonStop Consulting is working with a small independent fostering agency, in the Somerset area, who are looking for a new Registered Fostering Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Whether you are an experienced Registered Manager or a Team Manager looking for a step up, they will provide training opportunities to support you into the role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a small service of around 15 households and 4 staff members
• You will oversee foster care recruitment and retention for the region
• Ensure the agency maintains their standard of care, including their Ofsted rating. Work to maintain and improve the service

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England
• Driver
• Fostering Experience
• Management experience
