Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations and take full responsibility in their absence
• Work with the General Manager and Head Chef on strategic planning, development, and overall restaurant success
• Manage budgets effectively, including direct and indirect costs
• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve stability, productivity, and loyalty
• Act as a role model, consistently delivering the highest standard of guest service

About You

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar management role
• Strong leadership skills with the confidence to motivate and manage a team
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent English communication skills
