Technical Project Manager (Mosaic Implementation)

Purpose

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with direct experience delivering Mosaic (Access Group) Case Management implementations for Adults Social Care. The role focuses on leading the technical workstream, coordinating suppliers and internal teams, managing risks and ensuring successful delivery of the new Case Management System.

Key Responsibilities/Technical Delivery

• Lead all technical aspects of the Mosaic implementation.
• Work with Access Group, internal IT teams and ASC staff to define technical requirements and align them with business needs.
• Manage technical planning, configuration, integrations and testing activities.
• Oversee data structures, system configuration and workflow setup within Mosaic.

Project Execution

• Maintain and update technical work schedules and track milestones.
• Allocate tasks and manage progress across technical teams and suppliers.
• Identify risks early, document them and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide clear and regular progress updates for project stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions with the supplier

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience delivering a Mosaic (Access Group) Case Management system.
• Experience working within Adults Social Care or similar public sector services.
• Strong technical understanding of system configuration, integrations and data management.
• Experience leading technical project workstreams.
• Experience managing UAT for large system implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Desirable

• ITIL or equivalent service management knowledge.
• PRINCE2 or Agile certification.
• Experience with data migration into Mosaic or similar case management systems.
• Understanding of GDPR and information governance.
