Your new role As our Billing Supervisor, you will oversee a team of billing specialists (billing and e-billing), ensuring the smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of all client billing. You'll play a central role in maintaining high standards, improving processes, and supporting the wider finance function.Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 billing professionals
• Oversee the end to end billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Review and approve invoices, write offs, and adjustments
• Work closely with partners, fee earners, and finance colleagues to resolve queries
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
• Produce regular billing reports and performance metrics

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3 years' experience in a billing, revenue, or finance supervisory role (within a law firm)
• Experience on onboarding new clients onto ebilling platforms
• Strong people management skills with a collaborative, supportive approach
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Confidence working with billing systems and financial software
• The ability to communicate clearly and build strong working relationships
