We are recruiting for multiple Social Work-qualified professionals to join the family support teams based across Nottingham City Centre. While applicants must hold a Social Work qualification, this is not a statutory social work post. The role focuses on family visits and direct work with children and families, offering an excellent opportunity to build experience in a supportive, non-statutory environment.This post is particularly suitable for:

• Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSWs) seeking high-quality frontline experience
• Social Workers with under 3 years' post-qualified permanent experience, including those who may not meet current DfE guidelines for locum children's social work roles

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake family visits and direct work with children and families
• Build positive professional relationships with service users
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies and internal teams
• Maintain accurate and timely records in line with service requirements

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker (Social Work degree)
• Less than 3 years' post-qualified permanent experience will be considered
• Ability to work full time and travel between Nottingham city centre locations
