Our Client, a Greater Manchester council is seeking an Adult's Social Worker to join their First Response Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

• Triage and assess incoming referrals to identify needs and risks.
• Conduct safeguarding enquiries under the Care Act 2014.
• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention to prevent escalation.
• Develop and review person-centred care plans.
• Work collaboratively with health professionals, housing, and voluntary agencies.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for meetings and reviews.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure compliance with statutory duties.
• Engage in continuous professional development and uphold Social Work England standards.

Requirements of this role:

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
• Must have minimum of 3 years post qualifying social work experience
