About the Role
We are currently recruiting Line Leaders for a busy fresh produce packing facility in Spalding. This role combines production line leadership with hands-on quality control, ensuring products meet required standards while supporting team performance.
This is a great opportunity for someone with food or produce experience who enjoys responsibility and working in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a production line within the packing facility
Ensure smooth workflow and efficient packing of fresh produce
Carry out quality control checks to maintain product standards
Monitor and enforce health & safety compliance on the line
Train, support, and guide team members to achieve daily targets
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments
Assist with planning and organising workloads to meet production schedules

Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience as a Line Leader or similar role in a food or produce environment
Good understanding of quality control procedures
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
Reliable, organised, and proactive approach
