The company are a UK-wide plant hire specialist supplying non-operated plant, construction and civil engineering equipment to a range of clients operating within different sectors.

The role is both office and workshop based and involves leading and developing workshop staff, ensuring plant and vehicles remain fully compliant and roadworthy, and consistently upholding the company's QESH policies through effective monitoring and audits.

The role would suit someone from a plant, heavy machinery or similar background, with proven supervisory or management experience looking to help contribute to the depot's overall success.

The Role:
Split between office and workshop-based responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop workshop staff
Ensure compliance, roadworthiness and QESH standards across plant and vehicles
