Due to continual growth, we are currently recruiting a number of Assembly Technicians to join our client on a ongoing basis at their site near Coddenham. This role will be available for experienced Assembly Fitters with experience in brazing pipework, looking for a long term opportunity within a well-established and well known organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience working from engineering drawings to fit associated pipework.

Overtime is available being paid at premium rates.

Hours - Monday - Friday 8 -4 .30

Role Description

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow design diagrams, technical drawings and schematics, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.
• Use handheld tools safely as well as the use and safe operation of electrical equipment where trained and/or qualified.
• Performing brazing in line with safe working practices.
• Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards prior to testing.
• Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation or report when defects are identified.
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.

Candidate Skills

• Mechanical qualifications are desirable
• All-round assembly experience
• Experienced in Brazing Pipework
