Business Analyst

Hybrid - Worcestershire - 1 day a week

Day Rate - £450 - £505 Inside IR35

Our client are a large organisation delivering a compliance programme. They're looking for a Business Analyst to support the delivery of new processes and technology for reporting within a compliance programme.

You'll be responsible for engaging stakeholders across multiple teams, documenting current and future-state processes, running workshops to gather and validate requirements, and supporting the solution through design, build, and go-live, while ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

We're looking to speak with candidates who possess the following:

• Strong process mapping and requirements gathering skills

• Experience working in complex, regulated environments

• Confident stakeholder management
