Managing Quantity Surveyor required in Swansea!

PSR are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to work on a Welsh Water contract based in Swansea. Our client is a flexible fast-growing company, and this role offers the potential of hybrid working.

Managing Quantity Surveyor daily duties include:

• Carrying out day to day administration
• Cost Control
• Subcontract management and liaison
• Preparing Cost and Value reporting

• Have experience within Water Civil's and NEC contracts
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Have a relevant degree
• Possess high attention to detail
• Have experience with tier 1 contractors (desirable)

Salary:

75,000 - 85,000
