The Role
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in fast-track fit-out projects to join a dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in managing commercial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for fast-track fit-out projects.

• Managing contractual matters, valuations, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to monitor progress and resolve issues.

• Conducting risk assessments and providing commercial advice to support project decision-making.

• Reporting on project costs and forecasts to senior management.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Proven experience in fast-track commercial fit-out projects.

• Strong knowledge of measurement, pricing, and commercial management processes.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
