Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Stock Condition Surveyor to join our team across the North West. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with full training, clear career progression, and strong earning potential.

You will attend pre-booked appointments to carry out residential stock condition surveys, with optional door-knocking to increase productivity and bonus earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out stock condition surveys on residential properties

• Record building condition, defects, and compliance data

• Use handheld devices and specialist software to collect survey data

• Engage professionally with residents and clients

• Follow health & safety procedures

• Travel to sites as required (mileage paid)

Salary & Benefits

• 33,000 basic salary

• Performance-related bonus (OTE up to 50,000)

About You

• Interest in surveying, construction, or property

• GCSEs (Maths & English preferred)

• Confident with IT and mobile devices

• Organised and reliable

• Full UK driving licence preferred

• Comfortable engaging with residents

• Eager to learn and progress
