KPI Recruiting are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our client s team at a busy production facility in Nantwich.

This is a hands-on role working in a chilled environment, perfect for someone who enjoys active, physical work and is looking for a long-term opportunity with potential for a permanent position.

You ll be responsible for handling, picking, packing, and moving cheese products, ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety at all times.

• Working in a chilled warehouse environment handling cheese products.

• Picking, packing, and moving boxes of cheese weighing between 10kg and 20kg.

• Following all Health & Safety and food hygiene regulations.

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

• Ensuring products are handled carefully and correctly.

• Reporting any issues or damaged goods to the shift supervisor.

• Supporting team members to meet production and dispatch targets.

• Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg.

• Previous warehouse or food production experience is desirable but not essential.

• Must be comfortable working in a chilled environment (protective clothing provided).

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

• Able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and attention to detail.

• Rotating shifts: 06 00/14 00

• Night shift: 22 00 (constant)

• Includes a 1-hour paid break per shift.

• Flexibility is required to work various shifts as needed.

• Pay rates:

  • £13.38/h

  • Weekly pay (every Friday).

• On-site facilities including free parking and toilets.

• Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

• Supportive working environment with full training provided.
