Registered Fostering Manager

Location: Durham

Salary: Up to £60,000

Our client, a small non-profit organisation in the Northeast, is looking for a Registered Fostering Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• You will be registered with Ofsted
• You will be responsible for the smooth running of the service including oversight of Social Workers, Support Workers, and admin staff.
• You will oversee foster care recruitment and retention for the region while working on developing the service and ensuring the highest standard of care are put in place

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England
• Driver
• Fostering Experience
• Management experience
