A leading player in the FM industry is currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team, covering 3 large commercial properties based across Luton and North London.

The Role

As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the following:

• Covering a large commercial property, providing ppm and reactive maintenance.
• Working on a Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm.
• Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Electrical building equipment, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lights, Commercial Lighting, Switches, Sockets, Fuse Boards.
• General maintenance duties as and when required - lamp changes, filter changes, bulbs etc.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• You will hold Electrical C&G's or NVQ Level 2/3 (Essential), 17th or 18th Edition would be great but not essential.
• A Full UK Driving License
• Strong communication skills
• Can do attitude, willing to be flexible and learn more skills and grow within the company into senior roles.
