A leading manufacturer of plastic products is actively seeking an Injection Moulding Setter Supervisor to join their team due to an internal promotion.
Working within a busy manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for all production aspects of the shift in line with the production plan.

42,000- 45,000, Monday-Friday working

As the Injection Moulding Setter Supervisor, your duties will include:

• Achieving KPIs, covering OOE, cycle times, quality, and scrap.

• Setting machines and troubleshooting process issues.

• Overseeing and managing the team on shift (typically 8-12 people made up of a Setter, Materials Handler, Slinger, and Operators).

To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter Supervisor, the ideal candidate will:

• Possess a strong background in injection moulding.

• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve moulding issues efficiently.

• Have exposure to working with robotic automation.

• Have some experience in supervising and leading small teams.
