Project Manager
Location: Hybrid; Greater London
Salary: Depending on experience
Clearance: Must hold active eDV (Enhanced Developed Vetting) clearance

As an experienced Project Manager, you will lead complex, high-value projects, guiding multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions for clients in defence, government, and high-security environments. This is a hands-on delivery role with responsibility for budgets, schedules, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire project teams to deliver successful outcomes across software, hardware, and digital programmes
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with organisational goals
  • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage dependencies and milestones
  • Manage budgets, resources, and supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and opportunities proactively
  • Maintain strong stakeholder engagement, adapting plans to address emerging operational challenges
  • Implement change control processes to manage scope and configuration
  • Prepare and refine business cases to ensure projects deliver expected value

What We're Looking For

  • 5-10 years' experience managing complex projects or programmes, ideally across software, hardware, or digital transformation
  • Proven ability to operate at a senior project management level, delivering large-scale, multi-faceted programmes
  • Experience in process-driven organisations and familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Track record of managing budgets, performance, and project outcomes
  • Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments
