Upholstery Operative (Temp to Perm)
Location: Upper Clatford, Andover

Pay Rate: 12.21 - 13 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:15

Contract: 12-week Temp to Perm

Start Date: ASAP

Our client is seeking 2-3 Upholstery Operatives to join their team on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support the Production Manager and work across multiple departments to assist in the manufacture of high-quality office furniture product lines. The role focuses on applying adhesive and fabric to surfaces, ensuring all finishes are straight, smooth, and free of air bubbles.

• Apply adhesive evenly using a roller

• Accurately position and stick fabric onto surfaces

• Ensure all finishes are neat, smooth, and free of air bubbles

• Operate hand tools and production machinery (full training provided)

• Maintain high standards of quality and appearance

• Previous manufacturing or upholstery experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and pride in the finished product

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Hands-on, practical approach to tasks

• Competitive hourly rate ( 12- 13)

• Full training provided
